只仔鱼 (Mullet Fish / Ikan Belanak)
只仔鱼又称为鲻鱼,可在咸淡水交界处轻易找到它。只仔鱼为高钙食物,每100克的只仔鱼有300多毫克的钙,与含有高镁食物拌炒,例如苋菜,不仅美味,更可促进钙质吸收。只仔鱼富含低脂优质蛋白质,容易被人体消化吸收。其口感细软,肉质鲜甜,常与蔬菜和鸡蛋一起烹煮,容易咀嚼食用,适合牙口不好的老年人或小孩,也便于添加在婴儿副食品中。
