价格

YSSeafood.my网站所售卖的海产价格，会随着天气、季节以及市场因素影响而变动。因此，YSSeafood.my网站显示之价格为时价。

所有海鲜图片及说明仅供参考，产品请以实物为准。

重量

YSSeafood.my网站所显示的海产重量为原重量（未经过清理、去鳞及清除内脏的重量），YS Seafood将海鲜秤重后，会进行清理及制冷保鲜，以保留最佳的海鲜品质。

海鲜处理

YS Seafood 工作人员会为YSSeafood.my网站上所售卖的新鲜鱼类去鳞及清除内脏，并其切片（视鱼大小而定）及真空包装。如果顾客想要特别包装或处理海鲜，请在付款前在“备注/Remark” 填写您的要求，YS Seafood将尽力满足您的要求。

YSSeafood.my的宅配服务覆盖西马半岛大部分城镇，更多宅配服务详情，欢迎浏览“宅配服务细节”。YSSeafood.my保留调整宅配服务之收费价格、标准及服务规范的权利。

每日宅配服务截止时间：

下单时间	宅配服务	例子
下午3点 (3pm) 之前完成	第2天宅配上门	John 在下午3点前下单，他将在第3天收到海鲜包裹。
下午3点 (3pm) 之后完成	第3天宅配上门	Jenny 在下午3点后下单，她将在第4天收到海鲜包裹。

***宅配日期需依据YS Seafood宅配服务休假与否而定。若服务休假则会推迟至复工日方能宅配上门，盼见谅。

YSSeafood.my将宅配至客户填写的订单宅配地址，抵达时间则胥视当日送货路线而定，送货员将于当日通知客户，时间亦有可能受道路和交通情况、天气及其他因素的影响。若宅配上门时无人收货，将视为客户取消订单及无法退还款项。

退款

我们给予产品新鲜保证，但已售卖之产品将不可退款。客户需于收货当下检查货品新鲜度，并立即联系我们的客服专线 +6019-2688828，否则将不受理。

如有任何争议，YSSeafood.my保留最终决定权。

Terms and Conditions

Prices

The prices of the seafood sold on YSSeafood.my varies according to the weather, season and market factors. Hence, all prices shown on the website are the current market prices.

Seafood Images & Descriptions 

Seafood images and description only for reference purpose, so please see the subject produce. 

Weight

The weights of the seafood shown on YSSeafood.my are gross weights (before cleaning, descaling and removal of internal organs). After weighing the seafood, YS Seafood will clean and refrigerate them to ensure quality.

Handling of Seafood

The staff members of YS Seafood will descale and remove the internal organs of all fresh fish sold on YSSeafood.my. They will then be sliced (depend on fish size) and vacuum-packed. If you want your seafood to be packaged or handled in a certain way, please note down your request in the “Remark” column before making payment. We will try our best to fulfill your requests.

Home Delivery (Shipment)

The home delivery service of YSSeafood.my covers most cities and towns in Peninsular Malaysia. For more information regarding our home delivery service, please refer to “Details of Delivery Service”. YSSeafood.my reserves the right to adjust the delivery fees as well as the criterion and standards of practice of our home delivery service.

Order deadline on each day:

Orders placed before 3pm	Will be delivered the following day	John placed his order before 3pm, so he will be receiving his seafood the day after tomorrow.
Orders placed after 3pm	Will be delivered the day after tomorrow	Jenny placed her order after 3pm, so she will be receiving her seafood 3 days later from today.

*** The exact date of delivery depends on the schedule of the home delivery service of YS Seafood. If your order coincides with days whereby the home delivery service is not operating, the order will be delivered after service resumes. We hope for your kind understanding.

YSSeafood.my will be delivering the orders to the addresses written by customers in the order forms. The arrival time depends on the shipment route taken, and the deliveryman will inform the customers about when their seafood will arrive on that day itself. However, the time stated might be affected by factors such as traffic conditions, the weather, etc. If no one is available to receive the shipment when the deliveryman arrives, the customer will be deemed to have cancel the order. No refunds will be given.

Refunds

We vouch for the freshness of our products, and all products sold are non-refundable. Customers must check their purchase for freshness the moment their orders arrive and contact our customer service hotline (+6019-2688828) immediately to voice out any dissatisfaction, otherwise, all complaints will not be entertained.

In the event of a dispute, YSSeafood.my reserves the right to make the final decision.
